They’ve introduced food tracking calculators, adjusted portion sizes, and partnered with innovative suppliers like The Ferm, who transform discarded vegetables into fermented products.
Collaborating with Thames 21, OXO Tower Restaurant organise beach clean-ups engaging the community in removing plastic waste from the Thames. So far, these initiatives have resulted in a 50% reduction in food waste and significant plastic removal from the riverside.
